What money never changes
A commission never decides which product we recommend or where it sits in a list. When an article recommends something you pay for, it gives the reasons, so you can judge them yourself.
How we check what we publish
Our fact-check policy describes how we test instructions, source figures and review articles before they go live, where AI tools fit into that work, and how we correct mistakes. Older articles are brought up to that standard when we update them.
Using what you read
Software and devices change, so a step that worked on the version we tested may not work on yours, especially if your device, region or app settings differ from ours. Back up first.
